Chris Hayes is the President and Principal Owner of Caine Hayes Insurance, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. An Upstate native, Chris founded The Hayes Agency in 2013 after a successful career managing an insurance agency. In 2015, he partnered with Coldwell Banker Caine to form Caine Hayes Insurance, creating a trusted resource that provides seamless insurance solutions alongside one of the Upstate’s leading real estate firms. Today, Chris works with individuals, families, and business owners to develop customized insurance solutions and risk management strategies while leading a team dedicated to exceptional client service.

Chris is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients make informed decisions to protect what matters most. His commitment to personalized service and trusted guidance has helped shape the client-first culture that defines Caine Hayes Insurance. Beyond the agency, Chris is actively involved in the Upstate community and enjoys spending time with his wife, Virginia, their son, Davis, and their dog, Charlie.

Beth Price

As Client Services Manager at Caine Hayes Insurance, Beth Price plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the agency. A licensed insurance producer, she assists clients with policy guidance, coverage solutions, and commercial insurance needs while overseeing client services and agency operations. Beth is committed to providing responsive, personalized service and ensuring every client receives the support they need.

Carolyn Crittenden

Carolyn Crittenden is a Personal Lines Agent and Caine Hayes Insurance's Spartanburg representative, serving clients throughout the Upstate with personalized insurance solutions. From running CLUE reports to quoting and issuing home, auto, life, and other personal insurance policies, Carolyn helps clients understand their coverage options and find protection that fits their needs and budget.

Before joining Caine Hayes Insurance, Carolyn spent three years as an Agent with Coldwell Banker Caine, giving her valuable insight into the homebuying process and the insurance needs that come with it.

Michelle Carter

As a Client Services Representative at Caine Hayes Insurance, Michelle Carter is dedicated to building trust with every client she serves. A Greenville native, she brings a strong background in real estate and relocation services through her long-standing career with Coldwell Banker Caine, where she worked from 2001–2012 and later returned to support the relocation department.

In 2024, Michelle earned her insurance license and joined Caine Hayes Insurance, continuing her more than 20-year connection to Caine Company. She is committed to providing responsive, client-focused service and helping clients feel confident and supported throughout their insurance experience.

Megan McGlynn

Megan McGlynn is a Client Service Representative at Caine Hayes Insurance, where she provides responsive support to clients while helping ensure the agency's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
